What a woman you are,
You can drive a person up the wall,
Words of criticism is not surprising,
Your ego is way over your head.
You, who brings the worst out of a person,
Who almost seem heartless at times,
Emotionless, hard, high in expectations, over rational, know-it-all and what not,
Those are your defenses,
Thick walls that surrounds you,
Secure your vulnerability,
Closeted your gentleness, your kindness, sensuality, emotions and your needs of attention.
You hold back love, care and the ability to be interested,
You scoff at expressiveness, sensitivity and inability to be in control.
Your pretentious, frontal self centred-ness and perfectionism are your controlled ground.
Opening up made you insecure,
Giving you the need to hold on to a stronghold of trust and reliability.
All these and more.
What a woman you are.
And yet I love who you are,
Your imperfections completes me.
