I wrote this poem for the one whom is and ever will be the one and only constellation in my heart:
This Valentine,
The thoughts of you on my mind.
Though many situations got us confined,
Though many challenges still undefined,
Our wishes will come true in time,
Our hopes will be for us to find.
As love grows along the line,
As care never cease to shine,
Is where we will find,
The moments that are forever yours and mine.
